Storytelling- Ian's mixture of physical and verbal inventiveness is a treat for all audiences. Are you exploring traditional stories? Different cultures from India to Africa to Australia? Ancient civilisations from Egypt to Rome to Vikings and Tudors? Whatever your theme, Ian will develop a varied and engaging programme that leaves the audience begging for more.
Workshops- Put the Fizz in your Fun Day, the 'Cor!' in your classroom and some 'Yippee!' into your youth group with a Puppet Tree workshop. Choose from scrap music making, storytelling, folk dance, Cooperative Games, puppet making, mask making, crazy hats & drama improvisation. Looking for ideas to freshen up your group programme? I specialise in staff & volunteer workshops.
The Word Cook: rustling up a tasty menu of Rhyming Cakes, Poetry Pizza plus a mouthwatering selection from the Tales Trolley. Puppet shows: Using scrap and recycled materials I create stories about our relationship with the Earth and her inhabitants. 'Soil - I dig it!' tells the tale of how the creatures of Earthy Bank cope when Careless Carl has his picnic there; ideal for children 3 - 7 yrs who are involved in the action from the very beginning, helping Carl to do The Right Thing (running time approx 45mins)
